From recent updates to labor and employment laws and regulations under the new administration; to evolving enforcement priorities, and the ever-changing impact of COVID-19 and its variants on the workplace, employer obligations and liability risks continue to rapidly evolve at both the state and federal levels. Join us for an in-depth conversation about the current labor and employment landscape, predictions on what will likely impact employers in 2022, and practical approaches for keeping your organizations current. 

As we turn the page on 2021, this session will explore:

  • Hot topics in labor-management relations

  • Paid leave laws

  • The impact of significant Supreme Court decisions 

  • Workplace safety and health, including but not limited to OSHA’s highly anticipated COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard

  • Updates to EEOC updates to COVID-19 guidance

  • A look ahead to 2022, and much more.

Topics and speakers are subject to change. Space for programs is limited.

 

HRCI and SHRM credits will be available for each program. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits have been approved in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Credits are still pending in Texas. CLE credit application and approval processes vary per state and may not be available after certain state deadlines.
