The New Federal Workplace Vaccination and Testing Requirements Have Arrived. Are You Ready?
OSHA finally issued its Emergency Temporary Standard imposing mandatory vaccination, testing, and other COVID-19 safety protocol requirements that generally apply to employers with 100 or more employees. In addition, federal agencies have begun incorporating similar requirements into their existing and new contracts with federal contractors and subcontractors.
Join several of the Spencer Fane Labor and Employment Law attorneys, including Andrew Brought, Helen Holden, Sonja McGill, and Randi Winter, for another installment of our return-to-work webinar series for an in-depth discussion of the new federal requirements, which are likely to affect the vast majority of the American workforce.
Topics relating to the new federal requirements will include:
Which employers, employees, and workplaces are covered
Deadlines for compliance
Anticipated legal challenges
Recommendations for policy development and implementation
Accommodation and exception processes
